Attorney Randi E Dincher operates a Gainesville law firm, focusing exclusively on adoption cases and family law matters.  Randi is an experienced practitioner, having been a licensed attorney practicing adoption and family law since 1992. She received her license to practice law by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1992 and the State of Florida in 2005. In 2006 Randi and her family relocated to Florida from Central Pennsylvania to join the firm of Avera and Avera, LLC.  In 2008 Randi opened her own practice to provide the opportunity to more effectively concentrate her legal practice to the area of family law and adoption cases, and to also better service the local community in the volunteer organizations in which her firm is involved.

Randi is known in the local community of North Central Florida for thorough advocacy of clients in divorce actions, child custody, adoption cases, step-parent adoptions, agency adoptions, grandparent custody cases, relative adoptions, non-relative adoptions, domestication of foreign adoptions, , parenting contests, support, alimony, marital dissolution, pre-nuptial agreements and other family matters.

In 1992 Randi obtained a Juris Doctor degree in law from the Temple University School of Law, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1982 Randi received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University, located in State College, Pennsylvania. In addition to the Bachelor of Science and law degrees, in 1989 Randi received a Master of Business Administration degree from Western New England College, a liberal arts college in Springfield, Massachusetts.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, she continues to maintain her Pennsylvania law license and has also been admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Northern District Court of Florida and the Middle District Court of Pennsylvania.  She is also a trained Collaborative Law attorney and is an active member of the Gainesville Collaborative Law Team.  Furthermore, Randi is a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Family Bar Association.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Randi is an active volunteer in the community. She is a member of the Gainesville Rotary Club and a board of director on the Santa Fe Babe Ruth Girls Softball organization in Alachua.  In the fall and spring months it is common to find Randi helping out on the soccer and softball fields in Alachua.  She also volunteers for the Justice Teaching Program.

Being involved in the community has always been important to Randi. While in Pennsylvania, she was a member of the Montoursville Rotary Club, a board member for the South Williamsport Area School District Foundation and a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children. Randi had also been recognized by the Lycoming County Bar Association for her pro bono contribution to the community.

Randi is married to Chuck Dincher.  They have three young children; twin girls, Sara and Anna, and a son, Paul.
